Our Friends of Emanu-El program is for non-members with an affinity and connection to our temple.

Many people outside of the Bay Area have connections to our temple - perhaps through a grandson's baby-naming, a niece's Bat Mitzvah, or a friend's wedding. If you have friends or family here, you can help support Congregation Emanu-El with an annual contribution to Friends of Emanu-El, and at the same time stay informed of all that's going on throughout the year with a subscription to the Temple Chronicle, or through our weekly electronic newsletter, the E-mail-u-El.

Perhaps you live in the Bay Area, but are not a member of our Congregation? You are always welcome at the many programs we offer to the public. Friends of Emanu-El is an ideal way for visitors who live locally to help support our efforts in the community, to enjoy access and discounts to our broad range of activities, and to stay informed of all that's going on under our dome.

A gift to Friends of Emanu-El helps us:

• Maintain our presence in the Bay Area Jewish and greater community.
• Enhance the musical offerings for worship, concerts, and other special programs.
• Provide interfaith programs and outreach to the unaffiliated.
• Offer special activities for both youth and adult religious education.
