July 8, 29, Aug 12, 26
Four Essays by the most important Liberal Jewish thinker of the Twentieth Century.
Each session we will read and discuss one essay
(about 15 pages; c'mon, even you can do that!)

In order to hit the ground running, for our first session
July 8, please read:
"The Man of Today and the Jewish Bible" (1936) pp. 51-60.
Texts should be available in the Temple office for all
registered students by the end of June.
And, even if you don't have time to read the essay, since

This is a drop-in series of informal discussions. Even if you
can only attend one session, please join us.
(You can still read the other essays
by yourself on the beach.)
