Stepping Up is a program designed for parents and their children,
ages 18 months to 2 1/2 years old.
Stepping Up provides children with an opportunity to interact with
other children in an enriched, age-appropriate environment in a Jewish
setting. The children spend the morning participating in activities
including building with blocks and manipulative toys, doing puzzles,
and exploring the world of creative arts and dramatic play as well as
celebrating Jewish holidays.
Parents have the opportunity to watch the children as they play and to
talk with the facilitator about important issues concerning children in this
age group. Parents also have the chance to talk with each other about the
joys and concerns that are common to parents with children of this age.
