HONOR TAUBER YESOD GRADUATES
June 6 - 5:30 service, Main Sanctuary, followed by a festive Kiddush.
In the Yesod track of the Tauber Jewish Studies Program, students spend two years systematically exploring Biblical and Rabbinic literature. Please join us in honoring the commitment and learning of this yearıs Yesod graduates: Stacie Cherner, Erica Guerra, Heather Harrell, David Kramer, Ruthie Sakheim, Nina Schwartz, Susan Shargel, Susan Shavin, Leo Shveyd, Steven White David Worton, and Sandy Cohen-Wynne.

HAVURAH OPENINGS
Shabbat Havurah for members 60+
Join this newly formed Havurah that gets
together once a month on a Friday evening for a communal
potluck Shabbat dinner together, usually at the Temple following
the 5:30 pm Shabbat service.
Couples Havurah for members 65+
Looking for a few more couples so we can begin this group.
Let us know you are interested. Ask for a Havurah application

MARIN VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY
Make a Special Delivery
Shop for a senior while you're doing your own shopping. JFCS is
partnering with Safeway in San Rafael and in Mill Valley to provide
home-delivered groceries to homebound seniors, disabled adults,
and people recovering from illness or surgery. This is an easy way
to do a terrific mitzvah! Interested in helping? Contact Lorraine

DONATE TO OUR
AIDS/LifeCycle "TEAM"!
AIDS/LifeCycle will help those living with HIV/AIDS gain greater
independence and get the treatment and care they need.
AIDS/LifeCycle will take place June 1-7, 2008, as cyclists, and
volunteers travel 545 miles through beautiful California from San
Francisco to Los Angeles.
A diverse group of Congregation Emanu-El members has come together to
participate in what is sure to be a life-changing event. Under the
leadership of Rabbi Sydney Mintz and Cycle Buddy Hillary Casper, TEAM
Emanu-El will train, fundraise and ride together through this journey.
Our team consists of members of the young adult community, parents with
families, working couples and senior citizens. But we need you! Please
