Temple Emanu-El's Side By Side Program introduces our youngest children (18 months to 2.5 years) to a preschool environment with their parent or caregiver by their side. Our Side By Side program is rich in Jewish content, celebrating Jewish traditions and holidays. This program will be a wonderful introduction to preschool that will deepen relationships in our community and launch a meaningful beginning to the school experience for both parents and children.

Programs for Families with Children of Any Ages
We are pleased to offer these groups that create smaller, more intimate communities within the larger Temple.
Participants in these "micro-communities" will build ongoing relationships and stronger bonds with the synagogue by celebrating Shabbat, holidays, life cycle events and Jewish service learning opportunities, beginning with preschool families, and continuing through 8th grade.
We look forward to new relationships developing within our synagogue community, and invite you to be a part of these exciting new programs. If interested, please email Director of Community Engagement Sandy Rechtschaffen.

Join us in Martin Meyer Sanctuary on the first Friday of the month at 6:00 pm.

Seeking Babysitters and Childcare Providers
Whether you are a teen, parent or grandparent, our congregants are looking for childcare help and we wish to reconnect them with you! If you are dependable, responsible, have a special interest in young children, and are safety conscious we would like to add you to our registry.
We will try to make introductions, whenever possible, between available babysitters and parents in need by neighborhood. To add your name to our Congregation-wide registry, please contact Sandy Rechtschaffen.
