WHO ARE WE?
WE ARE CONGREGATION EMANU-EL!

Congregation Emanu-El serves as the foundation of community life for Jews and non-Jews, for members and non-members. We are known for our innovative programs that span the cycles and events of life.

Beneath our dome you will find a spiritual home, a source of friendship and community, a place to hear inspirational speakers and attend world-class concerts.

Our members reflect the diversity of the city of San Francisco.

WHO ARE YOU?

Maybe you are a long-time member, or joined recently. Maybe you are just considering joining a synagogue.

Whatever your age, background or situation, we have programs, events and services for singles, couples, families with very young children, young adults, kids (both big and little), seniors, the LGBTQ community, Jews of color, and all those who want to be mentally, physically, and spiritually active.

HIGH HOLY DAYS

Have you registered? Many of our congregants already have! The online system is quick and user friendly: www.highholydays.org The full High Holy Day schedule and other details are posted there, as well. All services will be held at Congregation Emanu-El. During both days and evenings, you can choose from the Classic and Contemporary style in the Martin Meyer and Main Sanctuaries. We will also continue to offer a Family Service on Erev Rosh Hashanah and Kol Nidre at 6:00 pm in Guild Hall as an alternative to the evening Classic and Contemporary worship.

Tickets will only be issued to members with current membership status, which means that a dues commitment has been submitted for the upcoming fiscal year which begins July 1, 2009, and that all Temple obligations have been paid in full. If you have questions, call the High Holy Day voicemail, (415) 751-2541 x138, or email hhd@emanuelsf.org
