Shifting Trends in Israel and the Wider Jewish World: A Critical Analysis

The Israel Action Committee is honored to host award winning journalist and commentator Bret Stephens. Mr. Stephens is an opinion columnist for the New York Times and a senior contributor to NBC News. He joined The Times after a long career with The Wall Street Journal, where he was most recently deputy editorial page editor and, for 11 years, a foreign affairs columnist. Before that, he was editor-in-chief of The Jerusalem Post. He was the recipient of the 2013 Pulitzer Prize for Commentary. Mr. Stephens is also the author of “America in Retreat: The New Isolationism and the Coming Global Disorder,” released in November 2014. He is also the editor of the quarterly journal Sapir — Ideas for a Thriving Jewish Future, and regularly hosts broadcast interviews on topics of both general and Jewish interest.
