The Tzedek Justice Collective, building on the strong foundation of the Tzedek Council, will create Jewish community centered around social justice action. Our goals are twofold:

  1. To leverage the strength of our community to do good things in the world.
  2. To foster an intergenerational, diverse community in our congregation among members who are passionate about Jewish social justice.

Mission:  Congregation Emanu-El’s Tzedek Justice Collective responds to the issues impacting our community by translating our Reform Jewish values into social justice action that will transform our world into a more just society.

Vision: The Tzedek Justice Collective offers a variety of social justice service and partnership opportunities to catalyze congregant action, integrates Tikkun Olam throughout all temple programming, and provides a place for Emanu-El members to build community and engage more broadly to bring healing and justice to our world.

For volunteer opportunities and to get involved, stay tuned!
