Private 4×4 Strength & Conditioning Class::
In this 55-minute class you will be pushed in terms of your strength and conditioning abilities. Class includes a dynamic warm-up and strength moves with kettle-bells, dumbbells, resistance bands and weights. Class also utilizes rowing for conditioning and includes HIIT training with core exercises. You'll spend 4 minutes at each station before switching to your next section. Finish by stretching and cooling down for a few minutes before hitting the showers. Bring your A game, and be ready to have your Fitness Transformed. Class is limited to 16 students to maximize form, attention and results.
We've reserved a cluster of tables afterwards across the street at Comstock Saloon. If you want to keep hanging out, join us, eat some protein post-workout, and meet some new folks.
