Youth Experiencing Homelessness in San Francisco (GH)

The panel will include:
· Inspirational youth who have experienced homelessness and are connected to Larkin Street Youth Services;
· Congregation Emanu-El’s Rabbi Jason Rodich;
· Jeff Kositsky (moderator), Emanu-El congregant and Director of the San Francisco Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing; and
· Dr. Colette Auerswald, Pediatrician and Associate Professor in Community Health Sciences in the School of Public Health at UC Berkeley. She has over 20 years’ experience in the clinical care of marginalized youth in San Francisco.
This year, the Tzedek Council will be partnering with Larkin Street Youth Services and the City of San Francisco to reduce the number of youth experiencing homelessness. Unable to attend? Email Rebecca Reiner for more information and how to get involved.
