MLK Commemoration Sunday Service

In response to the rapidly growing spread of Omicron, we are suspending in-person Friday night worship for the next few weeks, including for the MLK Pulpit Exchange at both Emanu-El and Third Baptist Church. Our medical advisors have recommended this course with the hope that we will be able to gather again soon to welcome in Shabbat as a community.

The MLK Pulpit Exchange is an integral part of our community partnership with Third Baptist Church, and we look forward to being a part of the Sunday Service each year. We know that the last few years have been challenging for all of us and we’ve had to be flexible. While we look forward to the day we can be a part of this event in person again, we do hope that you will join us virtually for what is sure to be a beautiful service with Third Baptist Church and Emanu-El clergy on Sunday.
