Resiliency Series: Caring for Sick or Aging Relatives (3/10/2021)
Caring for Sick or Aging Relatives
Led by Julie Mayer, Emanu-El Pastoral Care Provider
Co-facilitated by Dr. Patrick Arbore (Institute on Aging), Gwen Harris (JFCS), and Stella Lazo (Family Caregiver Alliance)
March 10, 7:00-8:30 pm
Join us for a facilitated dialogue with experts from Family Caregiver Alliance, Institute on Aging, and JFCS. We’ll cover a range of topics specific to caregiving during the pandemic, including long-distance care, up-to-date local resources, and how to best support seniors who remain in their homes at this time. There will be opportunities for questions, and participants will leave the program with resources to help bolster their own unique situations.
The series is free to Temple Members and $10 per class to non-Members. You can create your own path, by signing up for individual courses, or multiple. You are welcome to enjoy your dinner or a snack while participating in the class.
