Serve Dinner at City Hope in the Tenderloin with your Tribe
Tribe for Men
Monday, April 11 Serve Dinner at City Hope in Tenderloin
Calling all TRIBE for Men! Come join your fellow Tribesmen as we partner with City Hope, a Tenderloin district based non-profit, committed to the ongoing work of creating connection and care for some of our most marginalized neighbors, with particular emphasis on dignity and respect. We will meet at City Hope to help prepare and provide a delicious home cooked meal for our neighbors in the Tenderloin, restaurant-style. (There may also be staff run entertainment for all of us to enjoy!) As a volunteer, you will be a cook, server, or a busser for the evening, followed by dining alongside the guests.
An orientation and brief training will be provided by City Hope Staff, who will run the logistics of the evening as well. Please bring your own face mask, and gloves will be supplied.
Location: City Hope, 45 Olive Street between Polk and Larkin (Let us know if you want to carpool or are able to carpool!)
Start time: Volunteers arrive at 5:30pm for orientation/brief training
The Dinner Program: 6-8pm, clean up from 8-8:30pm
Volunteer Details: Specific roles will be assigned upon arrival
COVID safety: All volunteers, staff, and guests of City Hope must be fully vaccinated.
Register now! (Space is limited!)
