The Ambivalence we feel at 50: Creating space to talk about Israelis, Palestinians, and the Conflict – November 5
Sunday, November 5, 2:00 – 4:00pm
Join us at Congregation Emanu-El for this very special event, co-sponsored by the New Israel Fund (NIF). The afternoon will begin with an introduction by Daniel Sokatch, CEO of NIF, who will give us some context, history and discussion points. The remainder of the afternoon will allow small group conversations in a Café Dilemma format focusing on the conflicting emotions and concerns we feel fifty years after the Six Day War. We are creating intentional space to both discuss and hear different perspectives on peace, possible resolution, and how to be in this in-between place.
