Join the Young Adults of Emanu-El for a fun and energizing workout that will be sure to get your sweat on! We have the utmost pleasure to have Trishala Poulose lead us in a workout that will be aimed to get your heart rate up and should be a great stress release after your day! Trish is a Personal Trainer, Strength Coach, and Group Fitness instructor, and you may have seen her at HitFit SF and Barry's Bootcamp. You may have also taken boxing with her when she led a class for our community a few years ago!
Trish has also recently launched her new app, Purpose Fitness – all event attendees will get a discount code to download the premium version! This workout will be 30-mins, hosted over Zoom, is FREE, and available to any young adults in the Emanu-El community! Following the workout there will be time to socialize and meet fellow YA Community members. We look forward to seeing you there.
