Women’s pre-Pesach Gathering

Weds. evening, April 6th from 5:00-6:30pm

Join us for a special gathering in the Emanu-El courtyard* with your fellow sisters of Emanu-El.

While this is not a Seder, we will share the evening together with music, mixers, song, dance, chevruta (a little study in partnerships), comedy, desserts and libations. Centered on the theme of freedom, we ask you to consider in advance … “What is your personal 'mizrayim' or Egypt? What is the narrow place that you would seek freedom from?” 

Please bring a Pesach side dish, salad or dessert to share ~ and a sack of non-perishable food to distribute into one of our JFCS or SF Food Bank bins. We will be offering Pesach wines, matzo, and veggie and dip platters to share. Here you may find suggestions for Pesach desserts (and fruit is always a good option).

*Weather permitting, we will gather in the courtyard, so please bring many layers of clothing!
