Resiliency Series
Congregation Emanu-El is proud to announce a program series to guide our community through the process of finding our own strength and resiliency in this time of isolation, fear, grief, and uncertainty due to COVID-19. On select Wednesdays from 7:00 to 8:30pm, join us for nine (virtual) sessions that will explore and uncover tools to help build resiliency in thought and practice—as individuals and in community. We will explore Jewish texts and history to illuminate the topic of resilience, and we’ll learn from clergy, expert facilitators, and each other as we deepen sacred and communal connections and spark our own light in this dark season. The series is free for members of our congregation ($10 per class for non-members).
You can create your own path by signing up for individual courses or for multiple. You’re welcome to enjoy your dinner or a snack while participating in the class.
